A new property to use as photography venue on the Chesapeake Bay! 

Oct 1st (Sunday) we will have our Fall "Open House" an opportunity to tour "Cattail Landing" the secluded, private waterfront property consisting of 3 BR/3 BA house on 2 1/2 acres an hour from Washington D.C. or Baltimore.    

We have multiple locations inside the house that can be used for shoots, as well as the woods and pier.  We may even take some people out the the nearby beach on the Boston Whaler!

We have Adlee Ray and Jehanne as models for the Open House! Adlee began to model with the Carriage House over a year ago and is adept at being in front of the camera, for lifestyle to fine art photography. Jehanne is a French writer, model and photographer who brings a bit of Europe to the Chesapeake Bay! 

Program:

4:00 to 4:30: Tour and Model Presentation: You will meet and introduce yourself to Adlee, Jehanne and possibly other models, and we will then have a guided walk around "Cattail Landing" both indoors and outside. 

4:30 to 7:00:

One on One Model Shoots: Adlee and Jehanne will be available to shoot, as well as other models who may attend. Shoots require that you sign up with the model (you can do this in advance) and the fee is $60 for 30 minutes, $100 for 60 minutes. 

Networking:  We will be discussing our plans for this exciting new venue, our upcoming Sunday workshop series and our upcoming models, and the availability of the property/studio for rental, as well as our other venues at Wyoming Farm and of course, StudiowerksDC.  

Those of you who were patrons of the DC location of the Carriage House Studio know the great community that developed around that venue, and we hope you will participate in the building of a similar experience at Cattail Landing!
